Contest Entry: Win a chance for your Business to Be Featured on a National TV Show!

Do you have a business that deserves the spotlight? Are you ready to share your story and showcase the amazing work you do? Here’s your chance! Enter now for an opportunity to be featured on BizTV Television Network, where we highlight great businesses and the incredible people behind them.

How to Enter:

1. Eligibility: The contest is open to businesses of all sizes across The United States that impact their customers in a positive way, though knowledge, service or product. Whether you’re a startup, a small business, or an established company, we want to hear from you!
2. Submission:

· Step 1: Visit our website at BizTV.com.

• Step 2: Complete the online entry form with your business name, contact details, and a brief description of your business.

• Step 3: Submit a short a written entry explaining why your business should be featured on The Create. Build. Manage Show. Be sure to highlight what makes your business unique and how it stands out in the market.

3. Entry Deadline: All entries must be received by November 5th.

4. Selection Process:

• A panel of judges will review all entries based on the business’s mission, passion and motivation to provide products or services to their customers.

• The business must be in alignment with the show’s mission to feature great businesses that are positively impacting customers and making a meaningful difference in their customers by offering solutions, exceptional service, and a commitment to quality and or knowledge.

• Businesses that engage in or promote explicit content are not eligible to apply.

• (5) Finalists will be contacted for a brief interview before the final winner is selected.

5. Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on November 15th via our website and social media channels. The selected business will be featured on an upcoming episode of The Create. Build. Manage Show.

Contest Rules:

1. No Purchase Necessary: There is no fee to enter the contest.

Eligibility:

• The contest is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older.

• Employees of Biz Television Inc. and BizTV Radio, their families, and anyone professionally associated with the contest are not eligible to enter.

1. Entry Limit: Only one entry per business is allowed.

Content Guidelines:

• Entries must be the original work of the entrant and must not contain any content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or in violation of any third-party rights.

1. Prize:

• The winning business will receive a feature segment on The Create. Build. Manage. Show, including on-air promotion, interviews, and social media mentions.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

1. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email and or social media and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, an alternate winner may be selected.
2. Publicity: By entering the contest, participants agree to allow Biz Television Inc. to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes only, without additional compensation from Biz Television Inc.
3. Email Usage: By providing your email, you agree to receive communications from us regarding our products, services, and promotional offers. You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in our emails.
4. Disqualification: Entries that do not comply with the contest rules or that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified.
5. Disputes: Any disputes arising out of the contest will be governed by the laws of 33rd District of Texas.
